How often do you exercise? Usually two or three times a week, although lately I've been slacking off. I need to get back into my routine!

What type of exercise do you do? Everything -- I lift weights, go to cycling classes, do yoga, use the elliptical machine, etc...

What gets you to work out, even when you're feeling lazy? Usually my fiance is the motivator because we often work out together; having an exercise buddy is key to following through for me. And if it's not him, then it's my friends and coworkers. If I hear someone say they're going to the gym after work, I say to myself, "Well if they can make time and find the energy, then there's really no excuse for me to skip my workout."

What's on your MP3 player? Lots of dance music including: Britney, Madonna, Paul Oakenfold, Lady GaGa, Rihanna and David Guetta.

Favorite healthy food? Asparagus, especially when it's roasted on the grill and drizzled with lemon and olive oil.

Favorite not-so-healthy food? French fries. I only allow myself to indulge every couple of weeks, though.

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Running a 5K in under 27 minutes, mainly because I have always despised running and stayed as far away from the treadmill as possible.

Best fitness advice? Schedule your workouts. If "go to yoga" is constantly staring me in the face when I check my calendar, I'm much more likely to actually go to the class!

Great attitude Kate! You'll always be fit with that excuse-free outlook! Fitz
