Pina Colada - How Many Calories?

Is there a more perfect way to spend a hot summer's day than relaxing by the pool in your cute new bikini with a good book and a tasty, creamy Pina Colada? If there is, I've never heard of it. A cold, fruity pineapple-coconut drink is deliciously refreshing, but drink too many and chances are you won't be able to fit into that cute swim suit much longer.
Still, one can't hurt, right? What do you think?

The answer is 644 calories for a single pina colada, according to Forbes. For the sake of comparison, consider this: That's 100 more than a Big Mac, and that's just in one drink. If you want to spend more time in the sun, without having to cover up too much, skip this calorie nightmare and sip on something more waistline-friendly. Here are some suggestions:
- Unsweetened, homemade iced tea is really refreshing and calorie-free. Garnish with fresh lemon and mint.
- A mojito has about 160 calories, but you can reduce that number by making your own and going easy on the sugar.
- A white wine spritzer, watered down with soda, will cost you around 100 calories.
