Mediterranean Diet Tops Charts Again

FitSugar reports that once again, Mediterranean comes out on top for healthy hearts, according to researchers who combed through 50 years of studies to reach this conclusion. That's not to say further research isn't necessary. But for now, should you be eating Mediterranean? Probably.
