Creative Vado Giveaway
Categories: Fitness, Reviews & Products
Ever wonder what you look like when you're running or lifting weights (or doing those crazy balance games on your Wii Fit)? Maybe you need a video camera. Not that I think you're vain -- far from it. I think seeing video of yourself working out can be really helpful for perfecting technique and improving motivation. And the Creative Vado HD Pocket Video Camera might be just the tool you need.Lucky for you, this week we're giving one away! With it, you'll be able to take high-definition video easily with a 2x digital zoom, record in HD for up to two hours, upload it in seconds, and even edit it with the included software.
Think about the possible uses -- create a video for your friends or family to share a workout, or finally find out just how goofy you look doing those dance workouts in your living room. And, of course, if you have kids or dogs or just some fun friends, the nonworkout-related possibilities are positively endless. Plus, as always, entering is easy!
- To enter, leave a confirmed comment below telling us what you're most excited to film (and keep it clean, people -- this is a family blog).
- The comment must be left before 5pm ET on Friday, May 1, 2009.
- You may enter only once.
- One winner will be selected in a random drawing.
- One winner will receive a Creative Vado HD Pocket Video Camera (valued at $229.99).
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 and older.

I look forward to filming my attempts at belly dancing. I have been trying to use Belly dance as a workout, but am completely unsure of my form. This would help a lot.

I'll definitely have my friend record me on our bike trail rides - I'd love to really see how the way I'm visualizing a ride going and the actual line I end up riding match up.

I would take a video of me playing soccer. I've been playing for years but I've never seen myself on video. I think it would help with my technique

I would love to video an exercise regime that I could mindlessly follow later. I hate to keep track of reps.

I'd be very excited to see how I run, because I truly have no idea. I try to be conscious of it, but seeing it would help. Also, vacations!! :) I always only take pictures, so video would be cool.

I'm just learning how to play golf and this would be perfect for recording my swings and to see how bad I really play. lol Seriously, this would be perfect to help me improve and learn better.
I'd also use this camera to record my fast growning kids.
Thanks so much for this wonderful giveaway. What an awesome prize!

Since I decided to do triathlon later this year, the camera would help quite a bit with my cycling and running forms. I can also use it to record my progress along the way.
