I'm not on board with the detox movement. My position is that the best way to detox is to not "tox" in the first place. If we fill up on tons of organic fruits, veggies, nuts and lean sources of healthy protein, and avoid processed foods and sugar as much as possible, our bodies should be able to do the rest.
