Do Celebrity Fitness Stories Inspire You?

Categories: Your Turn, Motivation, Success Stories

From Valerie Bertinelli's bikini body, to Kathy Ireland's weight loss, to Lisa Rinna's Playboy cover, celebrity fitness stories swirl around the Internet daily. I know that I get inspired when I see Michelle Obama's toned arms and, like most of my That's Fit co-workers, I'm a big fan of Kate Winslet's refreshingly honest and positive view on nutrition and fitness. But I wonder how you feel about celebrity fitness stories?

I have to say Valerie Bertinelli looks AMAZING! I'm only hoping I can get this post baby bod back into that kind of bikini shape without surgical intervention. Ah ha.

Fitness success stories inspire me in general, whether they come from an A list celebrity or my next door neighbor.
I'm happy for them, and I think it would be hypocritcal of anybody looking to be fit and healthy to not follow the path of those who have demonstrated that same success we wish for ourselves. No matter who they are (or aren't).
Unless of course you're just jealous! =P
