Calories - Don't Drink Them

Personally, I'd rather eat my calories than drink them. FitSugar finds out this is not such a bad idea and reports that cutting out sugar-sweetened beverages, like sodas and bottled iced tea, seems to have a profound effect on weight loss and weight-loss maintenance.
