Day 3: Yep, still hungry. But honestly, it's more of an underlying, more tolerable hunger now. The strong cravings have subsided, and I feel like I might actually be able to make it through this week. And like I might be able to talk about more than how hungry I am.So let's talk digestion instead. When hardcore dieters detox, they often schedule a colon cleanse to rid their bodies further of these so called "toxins." I'll be skipping that part, thank you very much. But for the sake of honesty, I'll say this: Whether it's the added fiber, the absence of wheat and dairy or the extra glasses of water, I've noticed less bloating and improved regularity.
I've noticed something else. I'm tired today, very tired, despite the fact that I seem to be sleeping better. Go figure.
