Walking the Walk - Day 1

coffeeDay 1: I'm so hungry, I could cry. Actually, it's 9 p.m., and I'm so hungry that I'm going to bed so I can quit thinking about food. I don't know if my body is less toxic or not, but it's definitely less full. I gulp down one more glass of water -- an important part of detoxing, and necessary to avoid dehydration -- then climb into bed to watch a little TV. The Burger King commercials nearly kill me.

One silver lining: Since I don't drink coffee, I never got the caffeine-withdrawal headache so many detoxers complain about.
