How often do you exercise? Four to six times a week.
What type of exercise do you do? I always change it up from cardio on the BOSU to plyometric exercises using full body movement to incorporate more than one muscle group at a time.
What gets you to work out, even when you're feeling lazy? I have a large puppy who requires lots of exercise.
What's on your MP3 player? Michael Jackson -- PYT, Chemical Brothers, Britney Spears and Snoop Doggie Do.
Favorite healthy food? Any grilled seafood with veggies.
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Chocolate and peanut butter covered pretzels are my weakness.
Greatest fitness accomplishment? Running a marathon with my client for her 50th birthday.
Best fitness advice? Listen to your body! It will tell you what it needs. Physical fitness is important, but mental and spiritual health are too.
Danielle is an awesome trainer, who genuinely cares about her clients. I'm incredibly proud of all that she's accomplished. Fitz
