Twitter Your Workout

You've probably heard that Twitter is taking the world by storm -- heck, we're even on it -- and so it's only natural that Twitter has become a way to not only connect with people, but a way to get fit too. No, sitting in front of the computer 'tweeting' is not going to do your waistline any favors, but it can be a fun and easy way to share your interest in exercise with others, to motivate yourself and to help inspire other people too. John Mayer knows this -- the crooner recently tweeted about his workout. Next time you complete a monumental sweat session, do the same -- you'll feel proud of yourself and you just might move others to get off the couch and hit the gym. Sure, it might seem a bit like you're bragging but if you ask me, you have every right to.
