Occupation: Part-time Florida Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Teacher six days a week.
What type of exercise do you do? Pilates, running, weight lifting, jump roping and occasionally yoga.
What gets you to work out, even when you're feeling lazy? Knowing that I will soon be experiencing an endorphin rush that will get me through the day.
What's on your MP3 player? Chevelle, Creed, Foo Fighters, Glen Hansard, Smashing Pumpkins and Pearl Jam
Favorite healthy food? Sliced Sweet Red Peppers
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Popcorn Chicken from Publix
Greatest fitness accomplishment? Getting back into shape after having a brain aneurysm and two kids!
Best fitness advice? Always have a goal in regards to fitness and change things up when you get bored.
