When I set my mind on losing weight, I do it. I read at http://www.projectweightloss.com about the F-Plan. This plan became famous in 1978, because, at that time, it was the first high-fiber weight loss diet to appear on the market. It was published by Audrey Eyton, a British author. The diet is a high-fiber, but also a low-fat one.

Argh! Today, I bought a can of soup to have at work for lunch, then my boss called a big meeting and ordered pizza for everyone. I was going to stick to having my can of soup until I realized I don't have a can opener. Now what? Seems awkward to go out and buy lunch when the boss has already paid for everyone, but pizza is so fattening ... :(

That's really a good poll.I appreciate your efforts. In my opinion, lack of support and motivation is also a major obstacle for weight loss programs
