Weight Loss - What Hinders Your Weight Loss Plans?

Here at That's Fit, we're constantly telling you what we think about things, but sometimes it's nice to know what you think. So from time to time, we'll ask you a question. Don't be afraid to speak up -- we love feedback.

While the necessary ingredients to weight loss may be simple -- consume fewer calories and exercise more -- the actual act of weight loss is anything but easy. Many of us have tried to lose weight and then have given up for one reason or another. It makes me wonder ... when it comes to weight loss, what's your deal breaker?

What hinders your weight loss plans?
Plateaus. When I stop losing, I get frustrated and quit.22 (17.6%)
Crazy diet plans. Some of the plans seem like good ideas in the beginning, but they're just not sustainable.4 (3.2%)
Family/Friends. Other people seem to sabotage my weight loss efforts.32 (25.6%)
