I have just found out that one of the best and best tasting super foods are beets. Great juiced as long as you always add some apple, carrot or both with it. Tastes great!

I have to agree with eggs. Chickens fed a diet high in Omegas make great eggs.

when i was a body builder i liked the dr haas diet of high carbs, moderate protiens to stay slim, but 40 years of working really hard gave me bulk like the old powerlifters,which was what i was, now, i am type 2 diabetic, and have to watch my blood sugar so carefully, and have found that for me a high protien diet works best for me and unfortunately being multiply disabled, and don't have the funds to stay on high protien diet, and am considered extremely obese @ 240lbs diet is something i'll have to watch for the rest of my life,, and to the person who loves the beets, guess what?? you should see what beets do to your blood sugar, i love the eggs and the steak
