Walking the Walk - Day 1

Day 1: Jorge Cruise, who wrote "The 3-Hour Diet" (three hour diet, I wish), says that if I regiment my eating, I'll have more energy and be less hungry. Sign. Me. Up. Jorge says we should all eat a meal within an hour of getting out of bed, then every three hours after that, quitting three hours before bedtime. Since I've already tackled late night snacking, that shouldn't be a problem.
What is an issue, right now, is wondering what I should eat. My usual routine -- that is, when I'm not in this current starve then binge pattern -- is to save my biggest meal for dinnertime. Since I want to divide my calories fairly equally, I need to eat enough so when dinner comes, I'm not so hungry I overeat.
Diet-Blog has a gallery of 300 calorie-meals, so that seems like a pretty good place to start.
