Periods - Time to Skip the Workout?

For the love of Pete, if your period isn't a good excuse to skip a workout, I don't know what is. I mean, all that cramping, cranking and craving. Who wants to exercise during all that? I'd much rather slip on some comfy clothes, prop up my tootsies and snack away. Not such as good idea, says Love+Blueberries -- seems period exercise can be more pleasant than you think.
