Periods - Time to Skip the Workout?

For the love of Pete, if your period isn't a good excuse to skip a workout, I don't know what is. I mean, all that cramping, cranking and craving. Who wants to exercise during all that? I'd much rather slip on some comfy clothes, prop up my tootsies and snack away. Not such as good idea, says Love+Blueberries -- seems period exercise can be more pleasant than you think.Recent Posts

People usually work all muscles at once when they move so it is good to do exercises that help you work all muscles. I read at http://www.projectweightloss.com about seven workout tips from Jessica Biel's personal trainer. Also a healthy diet is essential for a good weight loss program.
