Give Your Heart a Workout

February is heart month, so take care of your ticker with this easy tip: The bridge pose. The bridge pose, which basically involves raising your hips to the ceiling while lying on your back with your feet flat on the floor, will help increase blood flow to your heart and gently help make it stronger. And, as an added bonus, you'll give your glutes a workout too.

Of course, don't stop there -- the entire yoga workout will benefit you in some way. And, also in honour of heart health month, make sure you're watching what you eat and adding some heart healthy fish and nuts into your diet.
