The biggest part to having a trim, lean healthy body is controlling what you eat. That might take more then just resisting. You might need to do some mental work to understand why you have those urges and cravings.
Speaking of cravings you might be having them due to a lake or proper nutrition. It would be good for you to be sure that you are getting some quality nutrition in your diet.
Another aspect is protein. If you are getting plenty of protein this will help you with those hunger feelings. On a more extream measure you can combine hoodia and protein to get a real powerful helping hand with fighting hunger.
Put over all it has to do with getting enough protein and healthy fat in your diet.
Then comes the exercise part where interval training really does help you burn fat faster!
