Yo-Yo Dieters Tend to Pack On More Pregnancy Pounds

If you're a yo-yo dieter, you might want to pay particular attention to nutrition when you're pregnant. According to a study in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association, yo-yo dieters tend to put on more weight during pregnancy.
