Come on, you know what I'm going to say. It's that magical thing called exercise.
As we told you a little while ago, working out on days when you have to head to the office is not only good for your waistline, it's good for your career too. Exercising helps make you more productive and helps you handle stress better. Plus, it helps keep your energy levels high and improves your mood. I'm not at all surprised -- and if you don't believe me, give it a try yourself.
