While it certainly can't replace your regular workout (bummer!), sex does have its fitness benefits. What a good thing to know just before Valentine's Day!

Fitness Magazine details 10 different positions and the strengthening perks of each. Missionary (if you put a little gusto into it) can be good for your core.
