Consumer Reports Rates the Ab Rocket and More

Fitness infomercials barrage our eyes and ears with the same message -- buy this and you'll end up looking fantastic. But which machines are worthy enough to fill valuable square footage in your home?

Consumer Reports recently tested and rated a bunch of gadgets from the Ab Rocket to the Rock 'n Roll Stepper. They also analyzed the diet advice commonly included when you plunk down your three easy installments of $49.99 and up.

I think it's good, $49.99 is not very expensive and you can use it to exercise yourself.Great.And you can see other kind gadgets at epathchina

It's not $49.99. The blog said "three installments of $49.99 and up", which is around $150 total. That's a lot of money when most people get bored of the device within a month, and people can get a better workout with no equipment at all.

I used the phrase "three easy installments of $49.99" as an example only, it is not an indication of the specific price of any of the gadgets featured in the gallery. Check out the gallery for pricing (anywhere from $80 to $240).
