Eat Blueberries, Brush and Chew - Tips for Losing Weight

This just scratches the surface of what I learned on The TODAY Show recently. Check out the video above for the skinny on all sorts of weight loss stuff, like this:
- Sip water, don't gulp it.
- Drink coffee, tea and wine in between meals, not with them.
- Chew gum and brush your teeth.
- Pile your plate with 3/4 veggies.
- Save calories by picking popcorn, unsweetened applesauce and fat-free cream cheese.
Above all else: Don't sweat the small stuff. Worry not about the sugar in ketchup, for example -- you don't eat that much of it anyway. Worry instead about the soda.
