Eat Blueberries, Brush and Chew - Tips for Losing Weight

Ditch the morning OJ, my friends, and get yourself some blueberries. They're just so much better for you, with all those antioxidants that reduce inflammation and oxidation and make healthy compounds in your cells that work 24/7.

This just scratches the surface of what I learned on The TODAY Show recently. Check out the video above for the skinny on all sorts of weight loss stuff, like this:

  • Sip water, don't gulp it.
  • Drink coffee, tea and wine in between meals, not with them.
  • Chew gum and brush your teeth.
  • Pile your plate with 3/4 veggies.
  • Save calories by picking popcorn, unsweetened applesauce and fat-free cream cheese.

Above all else: Don't sweat the small stuff. Worry not about the sugar in ketchup, for example -- you don't eat that much of it anyway. Worry instead about the soda.
