For some, this is a regular occurrence. And, not only is it uncomfortable, it's potentially embarrassing and has a huge yuck factor. But there's good news. If you're overweight, losing those extra pounds will help with urine incontinence.

In the meantime, there are some simple exercises you can do to strengthen your pelvic muscles and reduce/limit urine leaks.
