Lose Weight and Lower the Leakage
Categories: Diet & Weight Loss
No one likes to talk about it. But, fess up ladies. After a powerful sneeze or a hearty laugh, you've probably dealt with a little urine leak, right? For some, this is a regular occurrence. In the meantime, there are some simple exercises you can do to strengthen your pelvic muscles and reduce/limit urine leaks.

Weird. I thought it was a guy thing. I haven't had it happen, even when I was obese, but my partner complains that he dribbles sometimes. (Then again, that's probably mostly -not- urine in his case...) I learn something new every day... although this wasn't what I had in mind when I woke up this morning... ;)
