It's green tea.

Yeah, I know you've probably been bombarded with spam about the amazing benefits of green tea and while I would not recommend relying on said Emails as reliable sources of information, in this case, the spammers are right. In recent studies, dieters who drank green tea every day lost 4.4 pounds more than those who didn't. 4.4 pounds might not seem like a lot but every little bit counts, right?

Don't waste your money on green tea scams, though. Just go to your local supermarket or tea house, pick some up and enjoy!
