How often do you exercise? About six days a week.

What type of exercise do you do? I am proud to say that for the first time in my life I can call myself a runner. I also do resistance exercises.

What gets you to work out, even when you're feeling lazy? My bad mood! I know exercise will snap me out of it and give me that hyper "I love everyone" feeling.

What's on your MP3 player? I really like to listen to hip/hop, pop and fast rockish things. American Boy (Kanye and Estelle), Just Dance (Lady Gaga), some Good Charlotte and Depeche Mode.

Favorite healthy food? I am into almonds and have this new-found love of raisins. Those are healthy, right?

Favorite not-so-healthy food? One week a month, I have to have chocolate and skittles followed by a few chips. (I know, please be nice -- I live with four sons, a husband, three boy dogs, a boy cat and a snake. Sometimes I need to eat!).

Greatest fitness accomplishment? This week I ran 2.5 miles for the first time in my life. I did it in the snow at about 3 degrees!

Best fitness advice? Just get out there and do it! You will see results quick if you stick to it and make it your time. Exercise makes everything in your life better. It's like a drug (a legal one).

**From one Mom to another, Courtney ... you rock! I'm proud of you, and it's OK to occasionally enjoy some chocolate. Next time you have some, think of me! Fitz
