Walking the Walk - Day 3

Day 3: I'm not going to lie to you, those first couple nights were hard. We've gotten into this habit: On the nights that we watch TV together (which happened to be the last two nights), my husband and I make a big bowl of homemade hummus. Granted, I usually eat mine with peppers or cucumbers, making it a nutritious snack, but it's still a snack and so it must end.
By this third night, though, I was able to see past the craving to realize I'm really not hungry at night. So why am I eating in the first place? That, my friends, is the million dollar question. There are 1,000 reasons why we overeat, and very rarely does it have anything to do with actual hunger.
