America Takes It Off: Shrink a Size - Friday Results for Wednesday Weigh-In #3

Last Wednesday, you weighed in for the third time since our America Takes It Off: Shrink a Size initiative launched on January 1. This week, 36 of you stepped on the scale and told us what it revealed. I've got good news for you.

You lost a combined 68 pounds!

That's up from last week (44 pounds) and I'm proud, thrilled and so happy to tell you that with just one week remaining in this weight-loss journey, we've got just 36 more pounds to go to reach our 250-pound goal. One week and 36 pounds. Think we can do it? I do.

Check out the stats for this week:

  • 22.2 percent of you lost 1 pound
  • 25 percent of you lost 2 pounds
  • 16.7 percent of you lost 3 pounds
  • 2.8 percent of you lost 4 pounds
  • 11.1 percent of you lost 5 pounds
  • 22.2 percent of you didn't lose any weight.
