Here at That's Fit, we're constantly telling you what we think about things, but sometimes it's nice to know what you think. So from time to time, we'll ask you a question. Don't be afraid to speak up -- we love feedback.
Your health and your weight are closely linked, and though it's sometimes considered a flawed measure, whether you're a healthy weight or not is typically measured by your BMI. So you should definitely know your BMI, and whether it's part of your healthy range or not -- it's a good indication of whether you need to lose a few or not. You can click here to find out what your BMI is.
So I'm wondering ...
| Less than 18. I'm considered underweight. | |
|---|---|
| 18 to 25. I'm considered normal. | |
| 25 to 30. I'm considered overweight but not obese. | |
| Over 30. I'm considered obese. |
