Here at That's Fit, we're constantly telling you what we think about things, but sometimes it's nice to know what you think. So from time to time, we'll ask you a question. Don't be afraid to speak up -- we love feedback.


Your health and your weight are closely linked, and though it's sometimes considered a flawed measure, whether you're a healthy weight or not is typically measured by your BMI. So you should definitely know your BMI, and whether it's part of your healthy range or not -- it's a good indication of whether you need to lose a few or not. What BMI Range Are You In?
Less than 18. I'm considered underweight.40 (10.7%)
18 to 25. I'm considered normal.202 (54.2%)
25 to 30. I'm considered overweight but not obese.90 (24.1%)
Over 30. I'm considered obese.41 (11.0%)
