When a big story hits the media -- such as the recent inauguration of a certain president, perhaps? -- TV personalities have a tough job. Could you handle working a frantic 12-hour day while still having to maintain your composure, looks and perkiness while millions hung on your every word? I don't know if I could.
How do they do it? With lots of junk food, at least according to what Diane Sawyer recently told Rachael Ray. "Sitting behind us is just the worst array of junk food you've ever seen. And for one day we are fueled entirely, entirely by cholesterol ... Charlie [Charles Gibson] goes for the donuts, I go for the salt." She adds, however, that "George Stephanopoulos is far, far more disciplined."
Come on, ABC -- Isn't it time you offered some healthy snacks on the set?
