America Takes It Off: Shrink a Size - Wednesday Weigh-In #3

Were you inspired by Kim Benson's simple strategies for shrinking a few sizes? We told you on Monday about the author's sensational slim-down (from 6X to size 6) and suggested you practice a few of her weight-loss secrets -- find a diet program that fits, get rid of red-light foods, fill up on green-light ones, be wary of "safe" foods and research restaurant meals.

So, how did it go? Let's find out -- go step on the scale right now. We're already at a combined 146 pounds lost. In order to reach our goal of 250, we only have 104 to go. Can't wait to how the scale tips this week.
