Name: Matt Dunn
Age: 31
Occupation: Software Engineer
How often do you exercise? Five times a week.
What type of exercise do you do? Mostly running -- I'm currently training for my first and second marathons this spring.
What gets you to work out, even when you're feeling lazy? I remember that I always feel better for it afterward!
What's on your MP3 player? All sorts -- Muse, Queens of the Stone Age, The Zutons, Radiohead, etc.
Favorite healthy food? I've been doing a lot of running in sub-zero temperatures here in the UK, so I'm partial to some warming carrot, bean and quinoa soup. Yum!
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Pizza
Greatest fitness accomplishment? Setting a good example for my three young kids. They love coming to watch me run in races and in their eyes, I always win.
Best fitness advice? Mix it up. Try lots of different things, at least until you find something you love. Also, rest. It's too easy to over-do it!
**I love your winning attitude Matt. You DO win each time you cross that finish line, and I hope more people learn from your great example. I'm proud of you! Fitz
