America Takes It Off: Shrink a Size - Friday Results for Weigh-In #2

On Wednesday, we asked you to weigh in for the second time since our America Takes It Off: Shrink a Size initiative began on January 1. This week, 35 of you stepped on the scale and revealed your weight loss. Last week, you lost a combined 102 pounds. What about this week?

You lost a combined 44 pounds!

Not as great as last week, but Bev tells us the Biggest Loser couples were also way down in numbers in week two. Let's call it a normal downward trend and examine this week's break-down.

  • 41 percent of you lost 1 pound
  • 20.5 percent of you lost 2 pounds
  • 2.6 percent of you lost 3 pounds
  • 2.6 percent of you lost 4 pounds
  • 2.6 percent of you lost 5 pounds
  • 23 percent of you didn't lose any weight.

Time to strengthen your game. You're half-way there -- and more than half-way to our weight loss goal (you've logged 146 lost pounds and we want 250). Two challenges and two weigh-ins remain. If you've been with us since day one, keep up the hard work as you aim to shrink a size. If you're just joining us, jump right in.
