Diet Snacks With Less Than 175 Calories

- Banana
- Sweet potato
- Low-fat string cheese, two ounces
- Animal crackers (not the frosted, sprinkled kind)
- Whole wheat pretzels -- one and one-half ounce
- Half of a whole wheat bagel with jam or low-fat cream cheese
- Handful of baby carrots -- dip in one-fourth cup salsa mixed with one-forth cup low-fat sour cream
