This is the most unfair and flawed measure there is. I recently applied for new life insurance and I came back as obese @ 6'3 230 lb that would be fine if it were accurate I also have a 50inch chest and a 35in waist with 12% body fat. I do 8 hours of cardio my cholesterol, blood sugar, resting heart rate and blood psi are all great but I still get to pay more for insurance because I carry to much muscle????
