America Takes It Off: Shrink a Size - Wednesday Weigh-In #2

Have you been flattening your abs since we challenged you on Monday to embrace a few belly-busting tips? Have you been eating your raspberries, drinking your water (but not much alcohol), sitting up straight, planting your garden, hula-hooping your heart out, golfing and crunching too? Now, we didn't expect you'd master all of these tasks. We just wanted you to implement one or two or, I don't know, five. We hope you did. And we hope you lost a few this week too. Let's see.

You've got until noon tomorrow (Thursday, January 15) to reveal your number in the poll below. If you haven't yet stepped on a scale, do it now so you can join us next Wednesday. You'll need a starting weight so at the end of the month, you can marvel at how much progress you've made.

Thanks for sharing. We'll be back on Friday to reveal how much combined weight you all lost. Our goal is an aggregate 250 pounds by the end of January. You've already whittled away 102 pounds. Can't wait to see what this week has in store.
