What type of exercise do you do? Yoga and ab training.

What gets you to work out, even when you're feeling lazy? Thinking about how much better I feel when I do.

Favorite healthy food? Caesar salad with chicken.

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Chicken strips.

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Not being anorexic.

Best fitness advice? Healthy is better than skinny.
