Take a Lesson from Oprah - Make Yourself a Priority

Who's the most important person in your life? It's not who you think it is ...

It's you. You are your top priority, because not only do you owe it to yourself to get healthy, you owe it to those you hold so dear to your heart because you can't look after them if you're not healthy yourself.

Fitness, healthy eating and a little bit of 'me' time every day should hold a firm position at the top of your 'to do' list. You need to pencil these things in like you would pencil in a business meeting or a doctor's appointment -- as in, they're non-negotiable. You have to make it to that appointment.

Pay attention to your own needs and the rest will fall into place. Oprah's accepted it -- maybe it's time you did too?
