Occupation: Programmer
How often do you exercise? Five to six days a week .
What type of exercise do you do? Body weight strength training and cardio. I like to do intervals, elliptical, rowing, and running (when I'm not injured).
What gets you to work out, even when you're feeling lazy? Knowing I'll feel guilty if I don't. Mostly its just the good feeling of accomplishment I get.
What's on your MP3 player? Lots of stuff. For workouts, its mainly fast and heavy stuff like metal.
Favorite healthy food? Hummus
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Pizza
Greatest fitness accomplishment? It's a tie between running my first marathon and hiking up Pikes Peak in Colorado.
