- Avoid fast foods.
- Snack on whole wheat crackers, carrots and celery with almond butter for an energy boost.
- Don't finish everything on your plate.
Now I'm betting Molly has a handful of other tricks up her sleeve. You won't get her beautiful build and land on the pages of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition (four times in a row!) with these three practices alone. At minimum, you'll need a good amount of exercise too. But in the spirit of baby steps, these three rock.
