Model Molly Sims is slim. And she makes no secret about her diet tricks for staying that way. Here they are, three steps you can steal in your quest for thin.

  • Avoid fast foods.
  • Snack on whole wheat crackers, carrots and celery with almond butter for an energy boost.
  • Don't finish everything on your plate.

Now I'm betting Molly has a handful of other tricks up her sleeve. You won't get her beautiful build and land on the pages of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition (four times in a row!) with these three practices alone. At minimum, you'll need a good amount of exercise too. But in the spirit of baby steps, these three rock. Infuse them into your world and see what happens -- it's likely you'll jump start a brand new way of approaching your diet.
