New Year's Resolution - Write it Down

If your New Year's resolution involves diet or fitness, the best thing you can do for yourself today is make a plan. Get out a notebook and write down your long-term goal ... maybe your goal weight or future jean size.
Then spend some time hashing out your short-term goals. Where do you want to be in a month? Now write down specific steps you're going to take to reach that first goal (i.e. "I will walk 30 minutes, five days a week.").
When 2009 officially hits, you'll be ready with a plan in hand. You can do it!
