Occupation: College Student

How often do you exercise? Five to six days a week.

What type of exercise do you do? Long distance running, lifting, cardio, LAX.

What gets you to work out, even when you're feeling lazy? I know that I'll thank myself later!

What's on your MP3 player? Country, lots and lots of country. Also, Foo Fighters, OAR, Dave Matthews,3 doors down, and Dropkick Murphys.

Favorite healthy food? Light n' Fit vanilla yogurt with organic granola (yum!).

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Soft ice cream on a cone with rainbow jimmies.

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Soon to do the Philly half marathon and the Disney World marathon.

Best fitness advice? It is not so bad; it makes you feel good about yourself. Just put on your gear and get going, once you get in to the exercise and are finished warming up, you should be good to go!

***Totally impressive Kate. You sound like the girl who will be an athlete her whole life. I hope your races go well -- I'm proud of you!
