My new year's resolution is to maintain my current weight as I've recently lost 20 pounds and to tone my entire body. I would also like to include more veggies and fruits in my diet.

I've lost 47 lbs this year, and have 36 lbs to lose to get to my goal weight. My resolution this year is to reach my goal by 2010!

Yes. I want to lose weight, but more importantly I want to stop binge eating when I mess up! I have to lose this all-or-nothing mentality that I have. A bad choice should not turn into a bad day, a bad week. There is no reason to go out and buy a pint of ice cream if i have one cookie!

Every year I resolve to "be healthier" by the next year. For 2009 I'm getting specific. Always be signed up for a fitness class, don't stay on the computer for more than an hour at a time, and don't eat junk food when I'm by myself. Hopefully this will hae better results!

I resolve to be done yo-yoing. In 07-08, I gained a significant amount of weight due to lifestyle change, and in 2008, I managed to drop all of it off, but then forgot how much work is required to maintain and gained a few pounds back. I recently tried on the yummy tummy tank top in a store and remembered how much more confident I am when I like the way I look. So, in 2009 (and starting this week for a head start), I resolve to go back to my healthier habits. I will work out 5 days a week, I will replace the chocolate and cookies that have entered my diet this holiday season with fruits and vegetables, and I will respect my body by providing it with, and only with, the nutrients it needs and deserves.

My fitness/health resolutions are to a)stop relying so much on "convenience foods" so often and cook healthy foods for myself! b)Maintain my weight but "firm up" a bit c)do more weight training, which is my most dreaded form of exercise.

i reached my goal of being in the best shape of my life this year and next year, for the first time EVER, i'm faced with learning to maintain my level of fitness, rather than trying to reach a physical goal. 2009 will be my year of maintaining the health i've enjoyed this year.
