Walking the Walk - Day 5

Day 5: While I don't really expect huge results from this experiment -- remodeling your body takes time, after all -- I'm pleased with the way things are going. While I'm certain I haven't lost anything in inches, things just feel firmer. it's like I can feel my muscles wanting to be stronger, and I think I'm carrying myself straighter ... abs tucked in. I'm finding that this alone is motivating, making me look toward my workout every day.
