Walking the Walk - Day 3

Day 3: Um ... OW. OK, so yes, I'm feeling a little stiff. Clearly, these abs have been slacking for far too long. I don't feel like I'm overdoing it, but if this wasn't a Walking the Walk experiment, I'd be giving my abs a day off about now.During my workout today, I remembered that I used to T-Tapp. Have you ever heard of Teresa Tapp? She has a great 15-minute workout that, if memory serves me correctly, tones up abs (and legs) in a hurry. I think that when this week is over, I'll pull her DVD back out and try it again.
