Walking the Walk - Day 1
Day 1: Where to begin? I suppose choosing what I'm actually going to do for exercise is a good place to start. After doing a little rummaging through my DVDs and some Internet searching, I settle on the following:- 10 Minute Solution Series - Blast Belly Fat DVD every morning, and
- this workout every night.
It's a lot, but it's an experiment, right?
Next step, measuring my waist to see if I actually lose any inches. I get out my measuring tape and note the number ... a number I will not be sharing with you, my friends, but I will share any inches (or half inches) that I lose.
