Glamour Magazine Goes Sweet on That's Fit

We love Glamour magazine. Not just because it's a fancy, glossy publication with juicy details about all sorts of fantastic stuff, diet and fitness included. We also like Glamour because the folks there like us. Well, they like Bethany, and that makes us plenty happy.

Glamour's Daily Heath & Fitness Blog featured a great post recently, titled The Sugar Diaries: Exactly How to Start a Sugar Detox. It's all about how cutting back on the refined stuff is a really sweet idea. We know. That's why Bethany put herself to the test in November and nixed sugar for seven whole days. She wrote about it here. Glamour noticed. And mentioned it in their post.

(Not only has Bethany ditched sugar, she's also spent seven days parking and walking, eating more fiber, chasing her kids, eating five to nine servings of veggies and counting calories.)
