Ever get caught exercising outdoors wearing way too many layers? I do.
I usually prep for the cool temps with layers and then end up stopping, stripping down, and then jogging with clothing tied around my waist (it always slips off, I hate that).
Dress like it's 10 degrees warmer, say the experts at Woman's Day magazine. Wear light, breathable layers, they suggest, and make sure what you wear wicks away your sweat.
Next time I head into the winter wonderland, I'm trying this technique. And you?
