Here's an easy way to fit in fitness while you're trying to get ready for Christmas.

Daily Fit TipDeliver your holiday cards on foot. Obviously, this is only applicable to cards you're giving to your neighbours, but it will save the gas you would take to drive the distance (if you're lazy) or the postage from mailing them (if you're really lazy.) Bring your husband, your kids and your dog and take a few moments to really enjoy the quiet peacefulness of a winter neighbourhood on a festive December night.

Oh, and as an added bonus: Delivering your own cards burns 207 calories an hour.
