While I don't know if I buy the "everyone should try them" line (goodness knows I'm far too shy for cardio striptease and there's no way you're going to get me on a trapeze), this is certainly a great list of fitness alternatives. Getting bored with your current routine always happens to me. What I do to offset that is maintain a basic 3-day a week workout with weight training I reserve my "off" days for something different. Usually a cardio based routine. A pick-up game at the park, sprints across a baseball diamond. I'll even go to the jungle gym and just do a bodyweight circuit.Derektori.com
